Overnight Newborn Care
One of the hardest aspects of newborn period is the night care. Sleep deprivation can effect every aspect of your life and can impact how you think and feel. It can take the joy out of the first few months with your new baby. Sleep deprivation can also play a part in postpartum depression and anxiety. I offer overnight care, which can be unique to each family's needs. This could mean I do all of the feedings and night care, or it can mean I bring the baby to you when he or she is ready to nurse. Or any combination of both. It's all up to you.
